Born and raised on his family farm located in Richmond B.C, Humraj has extensive knowledge of Agricultural lands (ALR) and farming in Canada. As a lifelong Richmond resident, he’s an expert in Lower Mainland Real Estate, neighborhood knowledge and familiar with City zoning. His background in business paired with his experience in building and renovating homes has fueled his passion to find his clients the ideal home – whether it be a forever home, a transition home, a secondary home, or an investment.

Humraj is a family man; a devoted husband and father of two beautiful daughters. Outside of Real Estate he enjoys watching football and travelling the world with his family.
